Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Fridays may not be picked up by UPS/USPS until the following Monday.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped in the order they are received during the next available business day.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping. Once your order is picked up and scanned by the carrier, it is out of our control. At this point, we cannot:

Change or modify the shipping address.

Update the order status.

Delivery Notifications

When your order is marked as “delivered” by USPS, it may not always arrive on the same day. In some cases, the USPS delivery system pre-marks orders as delivered to meet internal quotas. If this happens, the package is usually delivered on the next business day.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package does not arrive as expected:
